This adaptation renovation involved transforming the property to create a home that is functional, accessible, and comfortable for our client under the Housing Adaptation Grant. The renovation significantly improved the practicality of the space, making it easier to navigate and enhancing overall functionality. Key aspects of the project included widening hallways, installing new doors and renovating the kitchen and bathroom to facilitate smooth wheelchair access. Every aspect of the renovation was designed with accessibility and ease of use in mind. All works were completed in compliance with HSE requirements and in partnership with Fingal County Council under the Housing Adaptation Grant.
